Torre Doganiera presents the new of 2022, a beautiful super practical, colorful and 'sustenible energiy' room, with double bed, kitchenette, private bathroom (in the room) and independent entrance on the ground floor, from a green garden full of flowers. The name of the 'Iris Room' has been inspired by these gifts of nature.
Room features:
25 sqm, double bedroom (+ 1 extra bed) with rustic wardrobe and beautiful masonry arch, that frames the lovely kitchenette.
The kitchen, practical and colorful, will make you feel at home, with everything you need and careful about consumption: you will find induction plates, because in Torre Doganiera we produce energy as accurately as possible: photovoltaics for electricity and solar thermal energy for hot water.
In th kitchenette there is also a large sink, the refrigerator, the capsule coffee machine, the kettle, the pot, the crockery and the colored cups and glasses for a sweet wake up, a funny happy howr or a relaxing tea!
The bathroom is private in the bedroom, separated from the room by an anteroom.
Internet connection: fiber (surrounded by evergreen forest, but also in smartworking, if you want!)
The entrance is all your, there is only one step that separates you from the front garden, where you can relax looking at the panorama of the High Valley of Elsa river (Alta Valdelsa), which is good for the eyes and the heart.
Imagine: sitting under the delicated shadews of the wooden pergola, lets run your eyes over our olive's trees garden and looking to the west, on the puffs on the horizon, you can enjoy the ruby ​​sunsets... maybe with a glass of your favourite wine, why not?
